If you need to update your:
* Phone Number
* Email Address
* Banking Information (Routing and/or Account #)
* Social Security Number (SSN) / Tax ID
Please submit a request via our chatbot with the following details so we can take care of this for you:
- Your username
- Email address associated with your account
- Your original/old information (for account verification purposes)
- The details for whatever changes you need to make
For changes to phone numbers, please be sure to include the country code (ie: +1 for US, +44 for UK, +61 for Australia, etc.)
