We know creating takes a huge amount of time and emotional energy, so being transparent about our process is extremely important to us.
Creators receive 80% of their total earnings, with Sunroom charging a 20% service fee to cover payment processing, hosting, support and all other services.
Membership Earnings
A breakdown of fees is provided to every creator when they set their own membership prices (see screenshot below).
Please Note: On the mobile app, Apple charges a 30% fee for anything purchased within the app. To ensure creators take home their set membership fee, Apple's service fee is paid by members.
Sunbeams & Tips
Sunbeams work a little differently as they are discounted if purchased in bulk. Creators take home approximately $0.024/sunbeam.
