Oops!
We know it can be frustrating to not receive your verification code whilst overseas or travelling. Luckily there's a fix which involves us manually logging you in via Gmail (please submit a request and provide us with the information required below!)
The steps involve:
- Firstly, please create a new Sunroom account via a Gmail account (not one that you used to sign up for your original account). You can pick any username as it will be deleted.
- Via out chatbot, please send through the following:
- Your original Sunroom username
- The email used to create original account
- Your new Sunroom username (dummy account)
- The Gmail you used to create the new account *This will now be your login method - We will then link your recent Gmail to your original account so that when you log in via Gmail, you'll be logged into your original account!
If you're looking for us to manually log you in, you'll need to submit a request via the chatbot or email support@sunroom.so for us to organise account access.
