Do I keep my earnings if I delete a post?

Absolutely - even if you delete a post, the money you've earned from likes + tips on that post will still be paid out to you! 

Members pay to access your grid content on a monthly membership. So it would only be that if you remove a member from your paying members, you will no longer receive their monthly membership.
