We're sorry this happened! Here's a few things to check if you find yourself locked out of your account:
- Check to make sure your phone number is correct
- Make sure you've included any zeros in your phone number and area codes
- Make sure your email address is the original one you’ve signed up with
Hot tip! If you're changing locations, be sure to change your phone number in the app before you change locations (Settings > Personal Information)
